Stimulus Money Distributed Unevenly to Minority-Owned Firms

Federal stimulus contracts are being awarded in disproportionately low numbers to black and Hispanic-owned businesses.  While 6.8% of businesses in the US are owned by Hispanics, only 1.7% of the federal stimulus contracts have gone to these businesses.  Read more from the Associated Press.
