Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans is providing assistance in completing Temporary Protected Status (TPS) applications for the local Haitian community.  Persons interested in receiving assistance can call 504-310-6933 to register for a group processing workshop to be held on Saturday Feb. 6, 2010 from 9am until 1pm at 1000 Howard Ave. New Orleans, 70113.  Space is limited and pre-registration for the group workshop is required by Feb. 3, 2010. Catholic Charities immigration services staff will also be setting up individual appointments for assistance with TPS applications.  Persons interested in individual appointments must also call to set up the appointment and receive instructions. All calls will be returned by staff fluent in Creole, French and English.
