Bilingual Census Forms Will Be Sent to Some Neighborhoods

For the first time, a bilingual US Census form will be sent to neighborhoods with high numbers of Spanish-speaking households.  This is one of various strategies the Census Bureau is using to reach out to non-English speaking residents.  Read the full story from The Associated Press.
